Here is one summer corn salad in my own performance .
500 grams of sweet corn
250 grams of cooked chicken
100 grams of grated cheese Trappist
1 teaspoon mustard
3 tablespoons pumpkin oil
1 small teaspoon chia seeds
1 small teaspoon sesame
1 chopped fresh red pepper
1spoon of milkcream (a small percentage of fat)
Add spices as your taste, I personally like basilica and a little curry.
