Pancakes with buckwheat flour

Here is another one simple healthy reipe. I’ve made pancakes this morning. Not bad. Very simple recipe.

 
Ingredients:
125g buckwheat flour
half bags of dry yeast,
2 eggs,
250 ml lukewarm milk,
100g grated Trappist cheese,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
salt
little pepper

It is best to prepare the dough in the evening, and bake pancakes the next morning. I waited half an hour and they were good.
