SMALL THINGS YOU CAN DO EVERY DAY TO BECOME MUCH HEALTHIER

  1. Drink 2 cups of water upon rising
  2. Stretch your body for 10 minutes
  3. Take the stairs
  4. Roll you eyes in different directions more
    often
  5. Embrace sunshine for at least 15 minutes
    during lunch
  6. Do plank for 1 minute
  7. Silence your phone at night
  8. Read a book for 10 minutes before sleep
